The rules of the game.

Accounts

You may need a GeekifyUK account to use features such as opening packs, saving a collection, earning rewards, trading or using the marketplace.

• You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
• You must not access another person's account without permission.
• You must not create accounts for fraud, manipulation, ban evasion, exploitation or other abusive behaviour.

If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us as soon as possible.

Credits, XP and rewards

GeekifyUK may provide account-linked credits, XP, levels, streaks, achievements, rewards or similar features.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, these are features of the GeekifyUK service only. They are not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency or a bank balance, and they do not have a guaranteed cash value.

Credits and rewards may be earned, purchased, granted, spent or adjusted according to the rules shown on the site. We may correct balances where there has been an obvious technical error, duplicate grant, exploit, chargeback, reversed transaction or fraudulent activity.

We will not remove legitimately acquired paid value arbitrarily, and nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

Trading and marketplace activity

Where GeekifyUK allows users to trade cards or use marketplace features, you are responsible for reviewing the details of a trade or listing before confirming it.

• Do not use misleading listings, impersonation, collusion, artificial pricing, fake activity or other manipulative behaviour.
• Do not attempt to transfer, duplicate or trade items you do not legitimately control.
• Do not use GeekifyUK trading features to arrange prohibited transactions or circumvent site rules.
• Completed digital trades may be treated as final once both sides have confirmed and the platform has processed them, except where reversal is required because of a technical fault, fraud, account compromise or legal obligation.

We may investigate suspicious activity and temporarily restrict a trade, listing or account while doing so.

Physical products and UK orders

GeekifyUK currently accepts physical-product orders for delivery within the UK only.

Product descriptions, prices and availability are shown on the website. We take reasonable care to keep this information accurate, but we may correct obvious pricing, stock or description errors before dispatch.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. A contract for a physical purchase is formed when we accept the order in accordance with the checkout or dispatch process used on the site.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item or order.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date. Your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms limits your rights where physical goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by UK consumer law.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. You must have permission to use the payment method you provide.

For physical consumer purchases made online, applicable UK cancellation and return rights will apply. Some goods or circumstances may be subject to lawful exceptions.

For digital content or digital services, cancellation rights may be affected once supply begins where the law allows this and the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. GeekifyUK will not use these terms to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refund requests, payment problems or questions about an order can be sent to help@geekifyuk.com.

A separate returns/refunds page may provide more detailed operational information. If there is any conflict, your statutory rights still apply.

Acceptable use

You must not use GeekifyUK in a way that harms the service, other users or the integrity of the collecting system. This includes attempting to:

• exploit bugs, race conditions, duplicate rewards or manipulate pack/trade outcomes;
• interfere with security controls, authentication, APIs, databases or server-side logic;
• use bots, scripts or automated systems in a way that creates unfair activity or excessive load;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud other users;
• upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights;
• sell, transfer or misuse accounts in a way that bypasses GeekifyUK rules; or
• use the service for unlawful activity.

Good-faith reports of bugs or security issues are welcome. Please contact us rather than exploiting a vulnerability.

Set availability and service changes

GeekifyUK is an evolving service. Sets may launch, retire or become temporarily unavailable, and we may add, remove or update features, rewards, artwork, pack configurations or marketplace functionality.

We may also carry out maintenance or temporarily restrict features for security, reliability, legal or operational reasons.

Where a change materially affects something a customer has already paid for, we will handle that change in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not rely on this section to remove statutory rights.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

GeekifyUK is intended primarily for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from your use of a consumer service.

We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you have where the law places responsibility on us regardless.

Suspension, restrictions and account closure

We may restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these terms.

Where appropriate, we will take account of the seriousness of the issue and whether a less restrictive response is suitable.

If you want to close your account, contact us or use any account-deletion option made available on the site. Some information may still need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention or record-keeping reasons as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory legal protections connected with where you live that these terms cannot remove.

We may update these terms when GeekifyUK changes, when our legal obligations change or when clarification is needed. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.

Where a material change affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available or bring the change to users' attention where appropriate.
